Our family loves Raleigh Autocare! They amaze us!! They do an amazing job of listening to whatever our current auto CRISIS is and working with us to fix it as quickly and accurately as possible. They have a great deal of integrity and are honest and trustworthy. I know they care personally for all of us in my family and have been very patient during some stressful times. It's always stressful when you are having to deal with car stuff and they communicate well and listen well which is helpful in a car crisis!! We were ready to leave and had the same problem. Long story short, Tim, the manager, did the last work at no charge because he felt it was their fault that we had to stay over. Raleigh Auto Care was highly recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. Starting with Kathy at the front desk, everyone was personable and helpful. The work was done on time and no upselling was attempted. The invoice included a description of what was found and the reasons for what was done or not needed. How many places will tell you that something you requested isn't needed?
