Our family loves Raleigh Autocare! They amaze us!! They do an amazing job of listening to whatever our current auto CRISIS is and working with us to fix it as quickly and accurately as possible. They have a great deal of integrity and are honest and trustworthy. I know they care personally for all of us in my family and have been very patient during some stressful times. It's always stressful when you are having to deal with car stuff and they communicate well and listen well which is helpful in a car crisis!! It means a lot that my young adult children also trust them. Many timesTim has spent time talking with both of them and has helped them work through issues with their cars! We were ready to leave and had the same problem. Long story short, Tim, the manager, did the last work at no charge because he felt it was their fault that we had to stay over. The work was done on time and no upselling was attempted. The invoice included a description of what was found and the reasons for what was done or not needed.
